Once a booking is confirmed or enrolment in any type of course is done and payment is made, it is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This policy applies to all appointments and digital products.
  2. 2.2 Cancellation – Users may cancel their booking, but please note that no refunds will be issued. Please think several times before making any payment on this website. Cancellation requests must be made within a reasonable time frame before the scheduled appointment or coaching session(s)
  3. 2.3 Rescheduling – In certain cases, Priyam Sarma may allow users to reschedule their appointments. However, rescheduling is subject to the availability of time slots and is at the sole discretion of Priyam Sarma.

3. Digital Products Policy

  1. 3.1 No Refunds – https://www.xpriyamsharma.com has a strict no-refund policy. Once a purhcase is confirmed for enrolment in any type of course and payment is made, it is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This policy applies to all digital products like Courses and Personal Mentorship Program (PMP)

3. Exceptions

  1. 3.1 Technical Issues – In the event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances preventing the delivery of the appointment or coaching session, Priyam Sarma may, at its discretion, reschedule the session or offer an alternative solution. Priyam Sarma’s team may contact you through SMS, email or phone call.
